Titledeep is a DED-licensed Dubai mainland entity, registered with RERA. Only appropriately licensed financial institutions or professionals may provide regulated financial services in the UAE. Titledeep does not provide regulated financial services and does not hold itself out as doing so.

How Titledeep applies this

• We avoid language that represents Titledeep as providing regulated financial services unless formally authorised.
• We distinguish between: (a) platform workflow services and (b) regulated financial services performed by licensed entities.
• We disclose when a user is interacting with a third party (e.g., a lender or a licensed intermediary) and what responsibilities sit with that party.
