Automation and AI Transparency Notice

Titledeep uses automation to improve speed and reduce friction in document-heavy workflows. This notice explains what is automated, what is not, and how humans remain in the loop.

What may be automated

  • Extracting fields from documents (e.g., salary credits, employer name, liability lines).
  • Flagging inconsistencies and missing information (e.g., name mismatch across documents).
  • Suggesting next actions and checklists based on route and stage.
  • Generating draft summaries for review (evidence pack summaries, case readiness snapshots).

What is not automated

  • Credit decisions, approval issuance, and pricing decisions - these are made by banks or authorised financial institutions.
  • Legal determinations or formal compliance determinations by regulators.
  • Any representation that a lender will accept a case or that a specific outcome is guaranteed.

Human oversight and user control

  • Users can review and correct extracted data and upload updated documents.
  • Critical actions require explicit consent (sharing and sensitive processing).
  • Where an automated output materially affects the workflow, escalation to human review is available.
