• Role clarity: avoid wording that implies Titledeep provides regulated financial services unless formally authorised.
• Disclosure: affiliate and referral relationships must be disclosed clearly.

Prohibited statements (examples)

• Guaranteed approval or guaranteed rate claims.
• Misrepresenting regulatory status or implying a licence where none exists.
• Misleading scarcity or urgency tactics that pressure consumers.
• Publishing fee numbers as definitive where not verified from authority sources.

Affiliates and partners

Affiliates must follow this policy and the Affiliates Terms. Titledeep may suspend or remove affiliates for violations.
