How Titledeep approaches regulation (system behaviours)

• Explicit consent capture with purpose limitation and receipts.
• Data minimisation and retention discipline (collect what is needed; keep it no longer than necessary).
• Traceable access and change history (who did what, when, and why).
• Controlled sharing with selected third parties (only what the user authorises).
• Clear complaint handling pathways, with escalation routes where applicable.

Regulatory posture disclosure

Titledeep is a technology platform. It is not yet incorporated or licensed, and does not provide regulated financial services. Only appropriately licensed financial institutions or professionals may provide regulated financial services in the UAE. Titledeep publishes role disclosures accordingly and does not represent itself as a licensed financial institution or broker.
