What you can do

How the journey works (borrower view)

1) Start with your goal

Choose what you are trying to do (purchase, refinance, buyout, equity release, construction). This keeps documents, fee expectations, and the case timeline consistent from day one.

2) Share information once

Upload identity, income, and banking conduct documents. Titledeep organises everything into structured slots and highlights missing items. You are asked to confirm only when data is missing, unclear, or inconsistent.

3) Stay in control with explicit consent

Before sensitive actions or sharing occurs, you approve the scope. Consent receipts record what was approved, when, and which version of the consent text applied.

4) Create an application-ready pack

Your case is organised into a lender-ready evidence pack and an application summary. Submission to a lender is performed by you, the lender, or an appropriately licensed intermediary - depending on your route and operating model.

5) Track milestones with clear tasks

Rework requests, valuation milestones, final offer steps, signing and disbursement are visible in one timeline. Tasks show exactly what is required, where to upload it, and what changed across versions.

Optional service layers (if offered)

  • Form Prep: verified completeness and structured evidence pack, ready for submission.
  • Submission Support: pack delivery and rework coordination (executed by authorised parties where required).
  • Full Approval Support: end-to-end milestone management through final offer and disbursement, subject to lender process.

Transparency and disclosures

  • No guaranteed approvals: lenders make credit decisions.
  • No hidden workflow steps: the timeline shows what is done, what is pending, and what is blocking.
  • Fee clarity: government and bank fee categories are explained, with references to authority portals where available.
