By accessing or using Titledeep's website, applications, or services (the Service), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Titledeep is a technology platform operating as a DED-licensed Dubai mainland entity. We provide workflow and case readiness services for home finance journeys, including structured intake, document handling, consent capture, and case tracking.
Titledeep is not a bank or lender. Titledeep does not make credit decisions and does not guarantee approvals, pricing, or terms. Banks and authorised financial institutions determine eligibility, pricing, approvals, and final terms.
Only appropriately licensed financial institutions or professionals may provide regulated financial services in the UAE. Titledeep provides a technology service and aims to describe its role accurately. Users should verify the regulatory status of any financial services provider before entering into financial services activity.
The Service may include: (a) guided intake and document upload workflows, (b) extraction and structuring of information from user-provided documents, (c) case tracking and task management, (d) consent capture and permissioned sharing events, and (e) generation of evidence packs and summaries designed to support submission workflows.
Any submission to, or engagement with, a bank or financial institution may be performed by you, by the financial institution, or by appropriately licensed intermediaries, depending on the route and operating model.
You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
We may require identity verification for security, fraud prevention, or rights requests.
You agree not to upload forged, altered, or misleading documents; not to impersonate another person; and not to share personal data you do not have the right to share. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is complete and accurate.
We may send service communications relating to your case (for example, missing items, milestone updates, or security notices). You can manage marketing preferences through cookie and communication settings where offered.
If the Service includes paid features, pricing will be displayed before you purchase. Fees charged by third parties (banks, authorities, trustee centres, valuers, insurers/takaful providers) are not Titledeep fees and may apply separately.
The Service may link to third-party websites or services. Titledeep is not responsible for third-party content, pricing, or terms. Your engagement with a third party is governed by that third party's terms and policies.
You must not:
Titledeep and its licensors own the Service, including software, design, text, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Service except as permitted by law or written agreement.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data. Where Titledeep processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may apply.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe: (a) the Service is being used unlawfully or abusively, (b) security is at risk, (c) you have materially breached these terms, or (d) we are required to do so by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titledeep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from third-party decisions (including lender approvals or authority actions). Liability limitations will be interpreted consistently with applicable law and consumer protection obligations where relevant.
If you have a complaint about Titledeep's service, you can raise it via our Complaints page or by writing to complaints@titledeep.com. We track and respond to complaints using a structured process and provide escalation routes where applicable.
We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by email before changes take effect.
These terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Where you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rights under UAE federal law may apply and are not waived by these terms.
