This page lists the third-party sub-processors that Titledeep uses to operate the platform. Each sub-processor is identified with its purpose, the categories of personal data it may process, and its jurisdiction.
Titledeep engages the following sub-processors to deliver platform services. We conduct due diligence on each sub-processor's security practices and data handling before engagement. Material changes to this list are communicated to business customers in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
Primary data storage is in the United States via our database and hosting providers. Cross-border transfer safeguards are applied consistent with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
We update this list when we add or remove a sub-processor. Business customers subscribed to DPA notifications will be informed of material changes with reasonable advance notice.
